Why is China so jealous of India's exceptional development
Alex Samuel, Polyglot, Aspiring diplomat, culture explorer
Firstly, I think that this question is affected by Indian nationalistic ideology. In Diplomacy, jealousy is nothing. It's all about cooperation there.
Secondly, there's no such “exceptional development” in India. We're moving very slowly, our GDP growth was 5% only. Also, when we've got political stability, global economy is on recession which isn't igniting any modern industrial revolution and due to that, our exports are tumbling in World market.
Lemme quote one thing, “India is the least discussed nation in between Chinese public and govt”.
Andrew Weller, lived in India (2005-2010)
“So jealous”? Please document the evidence for this claimed jealousy. Of course you won’t be able to and whatever rationale you have for asking this question is ignorance or arrogance or both
John May, part-time geopolitical analyst
What does India’s exceptional development mean? There is nothing exceptional in India to talk of except maybe the Dharavi Slum which is the largest slum agglomeration in Asia.
In robbery? Robbing the indian govt under name of poverty?

Not at all. India's development record is nothing to crow about. Entire world is in awe on Chainas phenomenal progress. It will be sheer blasphemy to say that Chaina is jealous of India's progress. Harshamoy Mukherjee
